1. Terms and Conditions

There are set out below the terms and conditions under which you may use the website at www.recruitment.com ("the Site"). They should be read in conjunction with the disclaimer and privacy policy which is incorporated into these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions will apply whether or not you are a registered user. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept these terms and conditions then you may not use the Site and its facilities. In using the Site you are accepting these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by updating this posting.

The following terms shall have the following meanings:

"you/your" shall mean all individuals and/or entities accessing the Site for any reason

2. Your Use of the Site

2.1 You cannot register on the Site without acceptance of these terms and conditions. Upon registration you will be able to view the job vacancy pages of the Site.

2.1.1 Subject to registration, you may use the facilities available on your personalised registration area.

2.2 You may be restricted from areas that contain sensitive or confidential information belonging to third parties.

2.3 You will ensure that any information or material provided by you for publication on the Site or use the Site to transmit, distribute, or store:

2.3.1 is accurate, and complete in all material respects, up to date and not misleading;

2.3.2 is not defamatory, threatening, abusive or of any obscene or menacing character, or which may, in our judgement, cause annoyance or inconvenience or anxiety to any person including without limitation any racist, sexist, harassing, threatening, vulgar or obscure material, opinions or messages, does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights and does not contain any other unlawful content; and

2.3.3 specifies any relevant qualifications you have where the holding of those qualifications is required by law for the type of employment you are seeking.

2.4 You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity in your use of the Site.

2.5 You will not collect or store other users' personal data.

2.6 You will ensure that your use of the Site is lawful and does not cause any damage or interference to the Site or facilities. In particular:

2.6.1 you are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation:

(a) accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorised to access

(b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation

(f) breaches of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The company will investigate occurrences which may involve such breaches and may involve prosecuting you if you are involved in such breaches.

2.6.2 You will not submit any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information.

2.6.3 You will not post any franchise, pyramid scheme, club membership, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires any up front or periodic payment, pays commission only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.

2.6.4 You will not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

2.6.5 You will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working or the Site or any activity being conducted on the Site.

2.6.6 You will not take any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Site infrastructure.

2.6.7 If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of the Site, you will not disclose or share your password with any third parties or use your password for any unauthorised purpose.

2.6.8 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site other than the search engine and search agents available from the Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g. Microsoft explorer).

2.6.9 You will not attempt to decipher, de-compile, disassemble or reverse engine any of the software comprising or in any making up a part of the Site.

2.6.10 You are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not, and by using the Site you agree not to do the following things:

(a) submit material for posting that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to submit it;

(b) submit material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner;

(c) submit material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the premise of publicity rights of others;

(d) submit material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity;

(e) submit a sexually explicit image or statement;

(f) submit advertisements or solicitations of business, post chain letters or pyramid schemes;

(g) impersonate another person; or

(h) submit material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

2.6.11 We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications submitted by users for posting or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material submitted by other users will be at your own risk.

2.6.12 The Site acts as a passive conduct for the online distribution and publication of user submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communication which allegedly do not conform to these terms and conditions, we may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. We have no liability or responsibility to users for performance or non performance of such activities. We reserve the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Site for breaching the terms and conditions or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive. We may take any action with respect to user submitting information that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion if we believe we may create liability for us or may cause the loss of (in whole or in part) the services of our ISP's or other suppliers.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

We make no representation that materials at this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of England and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access this Site from locations outside of England and Wales, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right at our sole discretion to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

16. Indemnity

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies including but not limited to deletion of your postings from the Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Site and/or any other service provided to you by us, upon any breach by you of these terms and conditions or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Site registration with or ability to access the Site.
